GUEST ROOMS

Guest rooms

Our guest rooms are inside the Ettevaux Castle, for a welcoming family atmosphere.
They have been carefully decorated by Charly, who was able to preserve this beautiful house’s charm and authenticity. He chose contemporary fabrics for the hangings on the walls in the alcoves and on the armchairs, which bring a sole touch of modernity.
From the north windows of the Bibracte room, you can admire a panoramic view of Mount Beuvray, where the gallo-roman remains of Bibracte still lie.

From the south windows of the Tulipier room, you will enjoy the view on Ettevaux’s park, with two-hundred-year-old trees, one of which is a splendid Tulip tree (Tulipier).
On the west balcony of the rooms made of stone and wrought-iron, you can fully appreciate sunsets, pure starry skies and the engulfing calm of the estate.
Each bedroom has quality bedding, a chimney and an old wood parquet flooring, as well as a private bathroom with a cast iron bathtub on legs and a pedestal washbasin.

Evening Meal service

On request, and depending on availability, we can serve you a home-made local meal, prepared by Charly, including a starter, a warm main course, cheese, and a dessert.
